Joshua Silver

Founder & President

Joshua Silver is a deeply technical, cross‑functional senior FinTech executive with hands‑on experience leading and growing engineering, product development, operations, sales, and payment management teams.

After earning a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Joshua co‑founded Patientco, a healthcare payments company which provides a comprehensive patient payments platform to health systems. For more than a decade, he was instrumental in scaling the company from idea‑stage to mature growth‑stage.

At Patientco, Joshua initially served as the technical and product leader where he architected a patient payments engine which grew to process in excess of $1B+ payments annually. Subsequently, as Chief Solutions Officer, Joshua launched the first Enterprise Revenue Team (composed of sales, marketing, and channel development) which focused on selling multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar recurring‑revenue software and payment processing deals to large health systems.

In 2020, Joshua transitioned into an advisory role with Patientco and now consults with other software and payments companies. He is a frequent speaker and subject matter expert on credit card processing, ACH origination, remittance handling, alternative payments, payment facilitation, startup growth, product development, roadmap management, engineering culture, user experience, scaling technology.
